 I will use today, April 19th as a starter!

April 19th
1st meal - 2 eggs with bell pepper, chicken, and some cheese. Salsa on top
2nd meal- 1 4 oz cup of Coconut greek yogurt, 1/4 cup granola
3rd meal- Organic grass fed beef, pinto beans, rice with 1 taco shell/ corn shell..
Snacks- Greek yogurt, with granola.
Snack- Peaches in their own juice

That is my basic day. I will add more as I go. I will actually post the post i found that has helped me!
