Random though number 1:

 Have you ever wondered why you are over weight? Stopped and thought about maybe the process in which you became over weight? I have. I know that I do a lot of emotional eating. I'm also a "oh I'm bored lets snack" eater. My emotional eating comes from dealing with things as a child. Sometimes my parents would fight, and the way my father apologized was taking us out to dinner. So, now when I get upset and I eat to make the hurt go away. Trust me, it doesn't. So if you are like me, lets take a new stand. Let's stop allowing that hurt to consume us, let's love ourselves and start our lives now! :)
