Goals for February 1st 2012:
- Drink 3 bottles of my Kor water
- Write down everything I eat
- Get in at least one fruit
- Two veggies
- Count calories
- Measure/Weigh everything
So, tomorrow should be a blast! See you tomorrow night!!!
This is my Lap-Band life. This will show you how I live my life after weight loss surgery. Some days are great, some days are ugly. Then some days are just find. As you read my blog, and see the things I go through you might get a highlight into the life of a real "obease" person. I'm currently at 365 as of today 4/18/12!
